Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using GLS Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Equipment Rental Terms
- All equipment must be returned in the same condition as rented
- Renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
- Proper safety equipment and procedures must be followed at all times
- Only authorized personnel may operate the equipment
Payment Terms
- Payment is due as specified in the rental agreement
- Late fees may apply for overdue payments
- Security deposits may be required for certain equipment
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all equipment. GLS Rental shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of rented equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
